Candidate Shortlist

I’m a hard worker who always gives 100% to whatever I’m doing. I take pride in the work I do and always strive to get things done right the first time. I get along well with people and I enjoy tasks that involve a routine or repetitive work, as I find it satisfying to see progress and results over time. I’m also a good team player and love pitching in to help where I can. I’m keen to jump into a horticulture traineeship and learn as much as I can while giving it my all.
Anthony is a dedicated and hardworking individual with a strong interest in trying something new in the horticulture industry. Having completed a Certificate II in Community Services and Business, he is keen to build on his existing skills through hands-on training. He has experience with early shift starts and has developed strong teamwork skills through his apprenticeship at Bakers Delight and his volunteer work at a homeless shelter, where he took on tasks like cooking meals and stocking supplies. Anthony thrives in a team-oriented environment, adapts well to repetitive work, and is eager to learn and develop new skills. Currently based in Berwick, Anthony has his own car and is in the process of obtaining his driver’s license. He’s comfortable with the physical demands of the role and motivated to secure a sustainable career in horticulture, with plans to potentially gain further qualifications in the future. Anthony does not smoke or vape, and his eagerness to step into a nursery environment, along with his positive, can-do attitude, make him a strong candidate for the horticulutre traineeship position at Ball Australia.
