Candidate Shortlist

I have a true passion for plants and a strong drive to continually expand my knowledge and hands-on experience in horticulture. Adaptable and resilient, I embrace challenges, learn quickly, and welcome feedback as an opportunity for growth. With a proactive, “can-do” attitude, I am eager to develop new skills and believe I would be a great fit for the horticulture traineeship role.
Gerald is a standout candidate with excellent problem-solving and communication skills, supported by his experience in fast-paced environments such as hospital cleaning and working for a postal service, where he developed strong multitasking and time management abilities. He has a genuine passion for plants and is eager to learn proper techniques for growing and caring for them. He also has a theoretical background with a degree in Environmental Science. Living in Scoresby with his own car, Gerald offers full-time availability and is ready to start immediately. Moreover, Gerald does note smoke or vape, hence, we foresee that Gerald would thrive in the horticulture trainee position at Ball Australian if given the opportunity.
