Candidate Shortlist

I have completed a Certificate III in Retail, where I developed strong patience, persistence, and the ability to work confidently in fast-paced environments. Over time, I realised that I enjoy hands-on, outdoors-based work far more, which is why I’m now pursuing opportunities in horticulture. I’m hardworking, reliable, and genuinely motivated by roles where I can stay active, learn practical skills, and take pride in contributing to plant health and nursery operations. I value honesty and take full accountability for my work, always using feedback and mistakes as opportunities to grow. I’m also comfortable asking questions to ensure I learn the right techniques whether it’s pruning, plant care, or day-to-day nursery tasks so I can perform to a high standard and become a dependable part of the team.
