I am an extremely organised and punctual person, I also love talking to people and feel my people skills would make me a good candidate for this role. I am very determined and believe this traineeship would be an amazing opportunity and I would bring my best efforts to the work place every day.
Isabelle recently moved from Perth to Melbourne and has customer-facing experience in a hair salon, IGA, and Yochi, showing she can handle busy environments and communicate politely. She presents well, is willing to learn, and works comfortably in fast-paced, structured settings. Her referees consistently described her as pleasant, calm, loyal, and easy to work with, with strong initiative, good time management, and the ability to adapt quickly, even in a 35-staff salon with difficult clients. However, she demonstrated limited understanding of the sales component of the role - which is common for someone entering the corporate environment for the first time, and she sometimes agreed prematurely during explanations. She would require hands-on training to build core sales skills such as outbound calling, objection handling, and CRM management. Overall, she has solid foundational strengths but is not naturally aligned to sales at this stage and would need close support to be successful.
