Candidate Shortlist

I am eager to begin my career in business administration and see this traineeship as a great way to combine learning with practical experience. I’ve always enjoyed organising tasks, supporting others, and being part of a productive team environment. In previous roles, I’ve developed strong customer service skills and learned the importance of clear, respectful communication whether in person, over the phone, or through email. I’m someone who takes initiative, pays attention to detail, and stays focused even when things get busy. I’m excited to gain new skills in administration and contribute to a professional workplace while completing the Certificate III in Business, which will help build a strong foundation for future career growth.
Shritha presented herself as a confident and standout candidate with a clear determination to build a meaningful career in business administration. She is genuinely motivated to develop her skills through a Certificate III in Business and brings with her relevant experience from previous admin-related roles, as well as involvement in high-stakes university projects most notably her contribution to developing an energy consumption tracking app through the Monash Industry Group (MIG). Shritha is currently completing her Bachelor of Science, with one remaining university day on Fridays, but is otherwise available full-time and fully committed to balancing study with workplace responsibilities. She spoke with maturity and professionalism, showing great self-awareness and a proactive attitude, including openly sharing that she is managing mild depression with the support of a psychologist and psychiatrist. Her strong communication skills, work ethic, and eagerness to learn make her an ideal candidate for a traineeship, and she has the potential to thrive in a supportive business environment.
