I’m genuinely passionate about horticulture and have gained practical, hands-on experience through my work with a landscaping and construction company (Oct 2025 – Feb 2026), where I was involved in outdoor, physically demanding tasks and developed a solid foundation in maintaining and improving outdoor spaces. I commenced a Certificate III in Horticulture in early 2026 and am committed to continuing my studies in Melbourne from the July intake, as I’m focused on building a long-term career in the industry. I enjoy hands-on work and take pride in seeing the results of consistent care and effort, whether through planting, maintenance, or general site work. I bring a strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality, and I’m comfortable working in varying weather conditions. Having previously completed a traineeship in Outdoor Leadership, I understand the expectations of a structured learning environment and value on-the-job training. I’m physically fit and used to working in all weather conditions, and I enjoy working with tools to create and solve problems. My experience in a factory environment has also helped me develop strong attention to detail, quality control, and the ability to follow processes consistently and efficiently. At home, I take pride in maintaining the garden, including mowing, whipper snipping, and general upkeep, which reflects my genuine interest in outdoor work.
