Justice is a confident and highly motivated candidate with a strong work ethic and a clear career direction. Initially, she planned to complete an online Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resources through Swinburne Online; however, after discovering the traineeship opportunity, she is confident this is the ideal pathway to gain practical, hands-on experience while working toward her career goals. She has several years of customer service experience, including leadership responsibilities at a very young age in a fast-paced hospitality environment where she managed hiring and training, stock administration, and collaborated with management to improve sales and marketing strategies. Currently employed full-time in a bar, she will require two weeks’ notice. Justice thrives in both autonomous and team settings, demonstrating excellent time management, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure. She has experience handling diverse customer personalities and challenging situations with professionalism. Living very close to Heidelberg, she can either drive (8 minutes) or take public transport (around 20 minutes on average), ensuring excellent reliability and punctuality. With her approachable and bubbly personality, strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and willingness to learn, Justice would be a valuable addition to any team making her a particularly strong fit for the traineeship opportunity with Progression Group.

I have several years’ experience in busy hospitality environments, where I developed strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills that translate well into business administration. At Lazy Moe’s (2014–2016), I learned to manage competing priorities and stay focused in a fast-paced setting. My time at La Luna Bistro (2017–2019) refined my attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple tasks seamlessly. Most recently at Rosetta (2022–2023), I strengthened my problem-solving skills, acting as a link between kitchen, floor staff, and guests while adapting quickly to changes. I thrive under pressure, work well both independently and in a team, and am eager to learn new systems. I’m excited to bring my skills into a business administration traineeship, contributing from day one while continuing to grow my career.
