If your circumstances change and you're unable to continue hosting the trainee, we will endeavour to reassign them to another host employer, ensuring continuous training and employment.
Remember, there is no "lock-in" contract when you hire a trainee with Future1st.
Once a candidate passes these stages, the host employer will also conduct an interview before the final selection. This process ensures that we only select the most suitable candidates for your business.
Continuity: If your facility experiences a reduction in work, we'll reassign the trainee to another host facility, ensuring continuous training and employment.
