How does an Aged Care Traineeship with Future1st work?
In a Dental Traineeship, Future1st will recruit a trainee specifically for your dental practice.

We handle all aspects of employment, including the trainee's professional development and training, while you provide on-the-job experience as the host employer. The traineeship offers flexibility, with both part-time and full-time options.
What happens if I can't offer full-time work or I no longer need the Aged Care trainee?
Future1st's Aged Care Traineeships are designed with flexibility in mind, offering both part-time and full-time options.

If your circumstances change and you're unable to continue hosting the trainee, we will endeavour to reassign them to another host employer, ensuring continuous training and employment.
What happens if the trainee isn't a good fit for our facility?
We recognize that sometimes a trainee might not be the right fit for your aged care facility. If this happens, please let us know as soon as possible. We can either provide additional support or training to the trainee, or we can find a different trainee that better suits your needs.

Remember, there is no "lock-in" contract when you hire a trainee with Future1st.
How does Future1st monitor progress?
Our experienced Field Officers regularly visit workplaces and training institutes to monitor progress, discuss any arising issues, and mediate as required.
How does Future1st select trainees and apprentices?
We carefully screen applicants based on strict selection criteria. After the initial screening, we conduct an interview and a pre-selection assessment with the potential trainees.

Once a candidate passes these stages, the host facility will also conduct an interview before the final selection. This process ensures that we only select the most suitable candidates for your aged care facility.
What are the benefits of an Aged Care Traineeship with Future1st?
Cost-Effective: You'll pay a simple hourly fee for the trainee's services, which includes all employment and training costs.

Continuity: If your facility experiences a reduction in work, we'll reassign the trainee to another host facility, ensuring continuous training and employment.

Hassle-Free: We manage all government paperwork related to the traineeship, allowing you to focus on patient care.

Training and Monitoring: We oversee the trainee's professional development, ensuring they are on track with their Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) course.

We also provide regular feedback and support, making sure that both you and the trainee are satisfied with the arrangement.
