I can quickly adapt to new environments and challenges. A traineeship would require learning on the job and my ability to absorb new information and apply it effectively would thrive in a position in this traineeship. I understand the importance of accuracy in every task. I have a strong desire to learn and develop new skills. Which is an important quality for any traineeship. I am well organised and can prioritise task complete them efficiently and effectively, ensuring deadlines are met. Being of Indigenous Australian descent, I understand the importance of respecting different cultures, I bring an open minded approach to the work environment to create an inclusive environment. I am proactive and don’t wait to be told what to do. I understand mistakes happen and ensure I learn from it rather than being discouraged. This keeps me motivated and keeps me progressing. I am highly skilled in both written and verbal communication, ensuring that I am understood and can collaborate effectively with colleagues. While I am capable of working independently, I also excel in a collaborative environment. I am open to giving or receiving feedback and able to support others in achieving team goals.
Jordan is a motivated candidate eager to start a horticulture traineeship, with a strong interest in plants and hands-on work. He holds a Cert III in Logistics and Cert III in Rural Operations and has warehousing and production experience. He thrives in fast-paced environments, has strong communication skills, and excels in problem-solving. He has mild arthritis in his back but he hasn't had a flare up in a few years, he is prepared to obtain medical clearance. Based in Springvale South, he has full-time availability, a car, and is willing to travel 1-2 hours. With the goal of pursuing a career in horticulture, Jordan is a strong candidate for the horticulture traineeship position at Peninsula Advanced Trees.
